We offer two different training workshops for small businesses; a four-day beginner and a three-day advanced. Please read the workshop course outlines above to determine which is best for you. We recommend taking the advanced course if you are knowledgeable of at least 70% of the beginner course else both courses are strongly recommended.
Very flexible! Wherever your office or business is located, we can come to you and deliver a private custom training. The larger the group the bigger the discount, however, we also offer training for individuals, either at your corporate headquarters or your home.
Nope! We do not offer online training for now. Since our approach is based on your business needs, hands-on, you-can-do-it, how-to-do-it, step-by-step approach, we offer a rather physically interactive and engaging sessions… not online.

Our training workshops are geared towards soft skills acquisition and targeted at individuals [and corporates] who wants hands on practical approach and up-skill. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of participation.

Terms & Conditions

  • Seats must be booked in advance. Once you have booked your place, you will receive an invoice directly from us and via email and your booking will be secured upon receipt of payment.
  • Payments must be made at least a week prior to the workshop dates. No bookings will be confirmed without proof of payment prior to the workshop date.
  • Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the workshop date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within two weeks prior to the workshop dates will only qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations made a week or less to the workshop date are non-refundable.
  • CreativeMagic Group reserves the right to cancel or postpone training workshops without prior notice should there not be the desired number of delegates to attend such workshop.
  • Should a training workshop be cancelled or postponed to a date that does not suit a delegate, such delegate will be refunded in full.
  • All delegates are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the training begins for each day. Should a delegate not arrive for the training, it will be considered as no show and payment forfeited.
  • Should a delegate not be able to make the training workshop, a substitute delegate may take his/her place.
